Fellows, time to awaken your inner chocolatiers!
Activity highlights
Event description
If you are looking for a delicious online cooking class, you're in the right place. Our chocolate tempering class is conducted by a culinary expert who will walk participants through the process of chocolate tempering and teach them how to pour the chocolate into moulds and then add toppings.
During these 60 minutes of chocolate delight, you will discover the secrets of a Belgian chocolatier. This chocolate dream is ideal for team-building events, as participants get to interact and connect with their co-workers. Whether you're planning your next virtual holiday party or simply looking for an entertaining activity to celebrate your team, a chocolate tempering workshop is both relaxing and rewarding!
How does it work:
Once you’ve booked a slot for your team, let us know the postal addresses of all participants. We will handle the shipping of all the chocolate kits with the required ingredients to their homes. Then hop on Zoom and start your chocolatier adventure!
You will start by tasting 5 solid chocolate squares: white, ruby, milk, semisweet dark, and bittersweet dark (70% cocoa mass). Then the workshop will be divided into two main parts: demonstration and hands-on time. Then you will get to understand the tempering process, after which the host will guide you through the crafting and decorating methods.
You can choose between 2 options for the event:
-Tempering class
-Moulding class
We only use healthy ingredients, so you can indulge without an ounce of guilt.
Let us know about any allergies so we can accommodate special requests when booking the activity.
