Exceptionally professional experience - exactly what you would expect when hosting a business event and very flexible on agenda and catering. Comfortable room, easy location to find with easy access from local hotels and transit.
My only issue was the A/V system needed workarounds - video was easy but we never got audio working and had to rely on laptop speakers and mic.
