The dual meeting space at Liquor Studio is comprised of The Tasting Room; a bright room overlooking Briggate, featuring a central conference table which can seat 19 with integrated power points & a brand new Samsung AV System towards the front of the room. There's a small bar station built into the end of the bar which may be used for events, as well as a large Smeg fridge-freezer which is fully stocked with soft drinks for meetings.
The Blending Room is separated by a couple of steps and a curtain, it also benefits from large windows which give plenty of natural light to the room. This room is a makes a great breakout space and features a bar which is great for events. The mobile workstations can be used as part of your meeting or they can be moved to create a clear central area within the room. There is also a unisex toilet located on this floor.
There are magnetic wall frames located throughout the venue which you are more than welcome to fill with your own brand imagery in order to personalise the space. Room hire comes with hot/cold drinks & biscuits as standard.
We operate as a Spirit School & Creative Drinks Hub when not booked out for meetings giving you the option to round off your day with a spirit-led masterclass or drinks reception for your team.
The venue is multi-use, due to its unique nature it works well for meetings & training sessions, as well as being a great venue for small/medium gatherings such as Birthdays, Hen/Stag Dos & Baby Showers due to the bar facilities & range of masterclasses which can be booked privately for groups of 6+.
Due to the design & age of the building, we regret that we do not have disabled access; the venue can be reached by a 20-step staircase.
We also provide Hand Sanitiser Stations & PPE if required.

Cancellation policy
Flexible with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.

The 2 room space compromises of a meeting room with conference table and full AV facilities with an adjoining breakout space & toilet facilities.
We understand how important first impressions are in business; our meeting room oozes character and with world class services we promise to exceed all your expectations, offering total flexibility in planning and budgeting for your event.
Meeting packages include complementary tea & coffee, biscuits and a fridge fully stocked with a range of cold beverages.
We operate as a Spirit School & Creative Hub when not booked out for meetings - the pot-stills on the main table will be fully removed for meetings, creating a fully open table with power points overlooking Briggate.
