Cancellations 60 days in advance from event start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 30% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.

Completely stress free event in a beautiful venue. Team were polite and friendly and accommodated all our needs.
Perfect in every respect from start to finish. Easy, hassle free and experienced guidance from Kate which made our daughters 21st birthday party a success. All the staff on the night were exemplary.
Absolutely nothing can be said to fault the establishment or staff.
The venue is amazing, the food the day light really brights up the room and there is a lot of room for children to run around. The team are amazing.
