Resting on the borders of Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex, Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa is an award-winning wedding venue and yet remains somewhat of a hidden gem! The venue is surrounded by the countryside and provides a private and beautiful setting, combining old-world charm with contemporary, elegant décor.
While the original 16th century Tudor House sits at the entrance, the real treat for couples and their guests lies beyond the main building – 22 acres of rural ambiance with an outdoor gazebo licensed to perform civil ceremonies for up to 150 guests. This all sits overlooking a stunning lake against breath-taking views of the South Downs Countryside beyond.
In the summer months, the outdoor Gazebo, with its picturesque backdrop, is the clear favourite with couples hosting their ceremony and drinks reception. The Meadow provides an ideal outdoor space for traditional lawn games and those impressive photo opportunities. But Lythe Hill also boasts several stylish indoor ceremony spaces, catering for both intimate gatherings and celebrations with up to 150 guests. The Ivory Suite is the largest of these spaces and features an impressive sky view lantern roof, exposed beams, and neutral décor throughout, making it easy to dress to any theme or colour scheme. Comfortably seating 150 guests for a wedding breakfast, the Ivory Suite can also host up to 250 guests for an evening reception.
With 43 individually designed bedrooms, gym, spa, health club, and stunning restaurant, you can expect faultless service. The use of chairs, tables, linens, china, flatware, and get-ready rooms are all included. Set up and clean-up of your event are included, as well as event planning by on-site coordinators. Their coordinators help you through the process of planning and assist in making your big day run smoothly and memorable.
