Cancellation policy
Flexible with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Location and size of room meets our needs exactly. We used this room previously and are back again this year. Clean, practical spaces with tea, coffee and water. Easy online booking too.
Good location Reasonably priced Access to water and tea however it would have been nice for it to be provided in the room rather than leaving to get it each time.
Not sound proof so could hear surrounding sound and all conversations from offices next door. Not ideal when conducting business meetings with a level of confidence and have to keep voices low.
Clean, great facilities and very convenient location
Plenty big enough, nice room- clean & tidy, nice décor. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits all provided. Brilliant location near Farringdon station. Easy to find. We did not require catering.
