Still not clear about something? Here are some of the most commonly asked questions:
Which location in Liverpool is best for out of town guests?
Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and the Liverpool South Parkway train station are both located south of the city. If you’re looking for quick in-and-out access, then it would be wise to consider function rooms in South Liverpool.
What does minimum spend mean?
As long as your guests spend money with the bar or kitchen, then the venue hire is free! If your guests do not reach the minimum spend, you will be liable to pay the difference. In some cases, a venue may take a refundable deposit which is reimbursed once the minimum spend is reached. Make sure you invite guests who like to eat, drink and be merry! If they don’t reach your minimum spend, then maybe you need some new friends?
Do you need assigned seating for your event?
For large parties or events, yes you should definitely have a seating plan. By setting out a seating arrangement, you avoid any confusion and get people seated and settled much quicker. If meals are being served with special menu requirements (vegetarian, allergies etc.), the catering staff will know exactly where these people are seated. A seating plan also means you can arrange to have certain guests together and others apart. This is especially important at weddings where certain family members don’t get along!
