London has thousands of boardrooms available for your business. Now is the perfect time to call a meeting and find the perfect space for you. A boardroom is ideal for meetings, conferences, interviews, and collaborations between businesses, and what better place for this than London? There are tons of elegant and professional boardrooms in Central London to choose from, as well as  other parts of the city if you are looking for a more affordable option. Places like Dalston have incredible, fully equipped spaces to host your meeting as well that are more affordable than places more centrally located.

When hosting your meeting it is best to have clear intentions and plans for your day. The boardroom can serve a variety of purposes. As they come equipped with a single long table, these spaces enable conversation amongst peers, as well as being great places to present new ideas, brainstorm, and hold important presentations. The boardroom is not necessarily the best place to host larger groups of people, so it is important to keep things small and focused with only the necessary people there. Your time in the boardroom can be kept organised with timetables for the day, outlines and written speeches, and presentations. It is also good to allow time for questions and conversations about a topic that was just discussed, to make sure that everyone is on the same page.

Businesses small and large all have one thing in common, and that is the need for meetings to discuss important developments and projections for their business. Boardrooms come equipped with all of the equipment you need to host a productive and professional meeting. The venues will normally list all of their equipment and it is common to see high-speed internet, projectors, and sound systems. These are vital tools that make your meeting flow efficiently and ensure that your voice and message will get across to everyone in attendance.

Workshops and training seminars are vital to any business, and boardrooms are amazing places to host them. Workshops can take a variety of forms such as breakfast meetings and involving guest speakers in your field. These events can be highly productive for you and your peers and can even offer a team building element to the meeting. Guest speakers are great to have, as they help direct your meeting in an interesting direction, and they offer everyone attending a fresh perspective from someone with expertise in the field. This level of engagement is sure to build camaraderie among peers and also gives everyone new insight into how to develop new skills as a group.

With a soothing neutral ambiance, boardrooms make excellent spaces to host events such as focus groups. Focus groups are essential parts of the research and development process for new products, and having them in a boardroom will aid in providing a low-pressure environment that will encourage people to speak their minds. Small focus groups are great ways to understand how people in the market will see your product, and with diverse groups of people, you can begin to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your product.

When hosting a meeting, keeping your peers or guests refreshed is key to a productive meeting. Food and beverages accompany meetings of all sorts from more informal workshops and trainings, to more formal meetings such as negotiations. Many places will offer a catering option, or provide amenities like coffee, tea, and bottled water. If you are looking to have a lunch break over the course of your meeting, you may have to seek outside catering, but many of the listings on Tagvenue will have recommendations for providing food for your event. If your meeting is in a hotel, then more often than not, the onsite catering in a hotel always makes for an excellent choice to provide refreshments and meals to your meeting.

With so many boardrooms available in London, it’s best that you know exactly what you have in mind for the space when planning your meeting. The biggest things to consider are budget and location. Sometimes a centrally located boardroom is ideal, but it might not fit the budget for the meeting. Fortunately, there are plenty of spaces outside of the city center that can accommodate your needs. Keeping your group engaged is of the utmost importance in any meeting, so when you are looking for a space, finding one with a good bit of natural light is great for keeping your group locked into the conversation.

Boardrooms can be used for a variety of purposes that extend just beyond a classic meeting or seminar. There are few better places in the world to conduct business and grow than London. With its long history as a financial and business hub, the location is excellent for being inspired, growing your innovative idea and building a strong team. With so many excellent options available around London, choosing the right venue can be hard. Tagvenue can help you find the perfect location for your event.

Booked Seminar Room at The Black Penny
The coffee and food were great, the room is very nice and full of character and perfect for what we wanted. Cozy, comfortable and informal. When I arrived to set up there was a cold reception and a sense that I was a bit too early for them - but after that they sent me downstairs and I got everything ready. Then the service was great - friendly and efficient. It's basically a cool coffee bar with a room in the basement so it's not set up for anything too formal - but the price reflects that.

Booked Small Vault at Tuttons Private Dining
The venue is exactly as shown in the photos, easy to find and the space is comfortable both in lay out and temperature. The service staff are very friendly and were always available and happy to help. As for value for money, we were on a tight budget and to find a location that can provide that level of service for £500 in Central London is incredible. Catering: Well varied fillings for sandwiches, and it was nice to have a selection of breads used. Coffee was lovely and well received.

Booked The Classroom at RocketSpace Meetings + Events
Good facilities and very professional and helpful staff. The location is great for travel routes into Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross. Due to staff sickness on our team, we had failed to confirm the catering but the venue came through for us and sorted it out. Would use RocketSpace Meetings again.
