Ideal for discussions, dinners, meetings, workshops, baby showers, training courses, etc. Our Lower Studio and ground front Display rooms are always hired together, and price per hour includes both. Note: the Availability calendar on this website is not the whole story. Note that we are in a residential area, so no loudspeakers, or noise after 11pm.

Our Lower Studio and Front rooms can only be hired at same time. The hire fee covers both. You can hire by the hour, depending on availability, minimum 1.5hrs. Remember to include your set up/clearing times. Note that we are in a residential area, so no loudspeakers, no DJ or noise after 11.00pm. Bookings must end after clearing and tidying at 12midnight latest.
Also note that in addition to the hire fee, there is also a temporary damage Bond/Surety which you must pay of £300 (£150 for small events) before the event and we return after, assuming all goes well in terms of disturbances, noise and no breakages or mess left behind.

Cancellation policy
Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.

Pretty flexible, we are: not many actual rules, except don't disturb our neighbours or make a mess. See images on our website. Please ask or see the calendar on our website and come and visit. Free parking.

Fresh, modern venue for small-scale events, meetings, parties, courses. We converted a former shop, so there's a big display window—or if you want to be more discreet, simply draw the curtains. Lots of light, allowing for flexible use. Small kichen. We are in Wandsworth borough Tooting / Furzedown area and near to Streatham centre and the railway stations too. Free parking. Suitable for courses, yoga, dinners, company training sessions, baby showers, gender reveals, funeral wakes, well-behaved parties, art displays/gallery... Note we are in a residential neighbourhood so no noise or loud music after 11pm. Do look at our website for future availability, or ask for a time to come and visit!
