Perfect for conferences or meetings, however our space can be also useful for training sessions, a small classroom, temporary work spaces, photo shoots and small parties. If you do not see your kind of event listed, just ask us and we may be able to accommodate.

Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Lunch from the surrounding restaurants can be brought in at your own discretion.

Location isn't the most glamorous
Great, good value room in East London, with a very friendly team. Perfect for the internal working session we were running. Water provided and access to a small kitchen.
It's a basement room so there's no natural light, but that wasn't a big issue for us.
Very, clean and bright venue - perfect for what we required for the half day
The location was a little misleading, locate din the basement of an estate agents - our clients found it difficult to find and we had clients not arriving due to that

We provide a large conference table which can accommodate 8 people, a large 50 inch smart 4K TV, flip-chart, pens, paper, projector, whiteboard, high speed WIFI, complimentary drinks (hot/cold), extra heating. There is a small kitchen for you to use and also a toilet.
Perfect for conferences, meeting rooms, small parties, workshops, office parties, training sessions, a small classroom, temporary work spaces, photo shoots etc. If you don't see your kind of event here, just ask us and we may be able to accommodate.
