Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

The room was really spacious (there were 4 of us attending). The room is also fitted with an air purifier (and there's a heater available on request). The shop itself is filled with plants, making it a great environment to work in. We will be back!

Coffee was amazing, staff were super friendly, room was great, we loved everything about the location and our partners did too - we all have plans to book the venue again!
