It’s our go-to for relationship building sessions like interviews and small workshops.

Our meeting room P3 is a fully equipped audio-visual conference room with a 50″ Samsung 4K smart TV, Meetup video/audio conferencing facilities (plug’n’play on any conferencing platform).

P3 also contains a whiteboard, secure and fast Wi-Fi, specialist teas and Caravan coffee bookable via our app, and the use of our printers, kitchen facilities and break out spaces. And our friendly Community team is on standby to help with all the additional q’s..

Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
