Event description

The art of liqueur making has been known since the Middle Ages. Nowadays some Poles still produce "nalewki" at home, using secret recipes passed from generation to generation. Many liqueurs take weeks or even months to mature, but some, like the ones which you will make during our Polish liqueurs online workshop, are ready immediately after making.

During this online workshop, you will learn to make the most popular Polish liqueurs - honey and spices liqueurs, as well as lemon and coffee liqueurs. You will be also introduced to Polish traditions of liqueur making.

Before the class, you will get all the information necessary for you to get prepared - a list of equipment and a shopping list with the ingredients. The chef will be waiting for you in a fully equipped studio.

After the event, you will receive detailed recipes for liqueurs from the chef's family cookbook.

The class can be conducted in English, French, or Polish. Spanish upon request.

The group size limit depends on a choice of a video call software, e.g. the capacity of Zoom is 100 people.
