The space seats 70 and represents an ideal space for presenting, lecturing, and teaching.
The cost of hire is £75 per hour and we charge by the hour. All the AV equipment is included in that price, which includes a projector, large screen, PC, 1 lapel and 1 handheld microphone.

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Rules of the space
- No smoking in the building.
- Venues are to be returned to the way they looked at the begging of the booking.
- All litter should be placed in the bins provided.
- No alcohol to be consumed on the premises without prior permission.
- No outside food is to be consumed without prior permission.
- No radical, hateful or extremist views are to be expressed.
- The times for the booking should be kept to and if extra time is needed, permission should be obtained

The venue is perfect for workshops/meetings and being so close to the tube station makes it a very accessible option for everyone. The staff are very kind and looking to help and support in any way they can on the day and the communication with Niel was absolutely spot on from day 1. Could not recommend this venue enough!
