  1. Introduction
    1. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. This policy, along with other relevant documents published on this website, describes how we collect, use, process and disclose your personal information as well as your access to and use of Tagvenue Platform. Please take time to read this Privacy Policy carefully.

    2. Except as otherwise provided in this policy, we will not share your personal information with third parties.

  2. Definitions
    1. "Data Controller" – means Tagvenue Limited, also referred to as “we”, “us, “our” and refers to the company that is responsible for your Personal Information.

    2. "Personal Information" means information which relates to a living individual who can be identified either from that information or from that information in conjunction with other information that is in, or is likely to come into, the possession of the Data Controller.

    3. “Member” – means a person or a legal entity registered with Tagvenue as a User or as a Venue Owner, also referred to as “you” and “your”.

    4. "Aggregated information" means information about our Members or specific groups or categories of Members that we combine together so that it no longer identifies or references an individual Member and does not include a Members' Personal Information.

    5. Any undefined term in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as outlined in our Terms and Conditions Applicable to Venue Owners and Terms and Conditions Applicable to Users.

  3. Collecting personal information
    1. Information that you give us

      We ask for and collect the following personal information about you when you use the Tagvenue Platform. This information is necessary to fulfil the contract between you and us, to take steps linked to the contract and to allow us to comply with our legal obligations, for enabling and monitoring your use of our Platform and Services and for our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our Platform and business. Without it, we may not be able to provide you with all the requested Services.

      We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

      1. Profile data. When you create a Tagvenue Account, we require certain information such as your first name, surname, email address and telephone number.

      2. Venue and Room Profiles. To use features of the Tagvenue Platform as a Venue owner, such as creating or editing Venue and Room Profiles and receiving Booking Requests, we ask you to provide additional information, which may include location, address, streetview, phone number, photos, description, pricing, calendar availability, features, catering, opening times, capacity of the Venue as well as Venue owner name, photo, phone number and email address as well as Company name and official position for the legal purposes to ensure you have authority to list the Venue and receive Booking requests.

      3. Communications with Tagvenue and other Members. We collect information about your communications between you and ourselves or when you use Tagvenue Platform to communicate with other Members either through our website, mobile application, email, chat, forms, telephone or other means (including your contact details, the communication content and metadata associated with the communication) and any information you choose to provide.

      4. Call Information. Your calls with Tagvenue staff might be recorded or monitored when it is necessary for the fulfilment of our contract with the User or the Venue Owner. For example, Users can make phone request for Tagvenue staff to send a Booking request on User’s behalf.

      5. Booking data. We collect information relating to any Booking Enquiries that you send or receive through our Platform and their status.

    2. Information you choose to give us

      You may choose to provide us with additional personal information in order to obtain a better user experience when using Tagvenue Platform. This additional information will be processed based on your consent. You may choose to provide us information when you:

      1. fill in a form;

      2. conduct a search;

      3. update or add information to your Tagvenue Account or Venue and Room Profiles;

      4. add personal and contact information of Venue team members to your Venue Profile, such as name, email address and telephone number;

      5. give rating or take part in a survey about your experience with the venue, including communication, type of event, event date and number of guests;

      6. post for publication on the internet, leave feedback and rating of the venues, submit a content in a public forum or social media post;

      7. participate in promotions, voucher or cash-back schemes;

      8. provide additional information about Venues and Rooms;

      9. information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (including your name and email address);

      10. or use other features of the Tagvenue Platform;

      11. chose to provide any other personal information to us.

    3. Information that we automatically collect from your use of Tagvenue Platform

      When you use the Tagvenue Platform, we automatically collect information, including personal information, about the services you use and how you use them. This information is necessary for the adequate fulfillment of the contract between you and us, to enable us to comply with legal obligations and for our legitimate interest in being able to provide and improve the functionalities of the Tagvenue Platform.

      1. Geographic location information. When you use certain features of the Tagvenue Platform, we may collect information about precise or estimated geographic location of your device as determined through data such as your IP address or mobile device’s GPS to offer you a better and enhanced user experience. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable the use of location services in the device’s settings menu.

      2. Platform use information. We collect information generated in the course of your interactions with our Platform such as pages or content views, including time and frequency, pattern of service use, search queries, sending and receiving Booking Enquiries, or using other features of Tagvenue Platform.

      3. Data logging and device information. We automatically collect log data and information about your device when you access and use our Platform (including if you clicked on links to third party applications), regardless of whether you have a Tagvenue Account and whether you are logged in. This information includes, among other things: information about your visits to and use of our Platform (including your clicks to third party applications), IP address, visit times and dates, device information, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie data.

      4. Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and other similar technologies, such as Local Shared Objects (also known as LSOs or Flash cookies), web beacons, tracking URLs either directly or through our trusted and reputable service providers. Insofar as those cookies are not strictly necessary for the provision of our Platform and Services], we will ask you to consent to our use of cookies when you first visit our website. We may also allow our trusted business partners to use these tracking technologies on our Platform, or engage others to track your behavior on our behalf (for example, Tagvenue uses Google Analytics, one of the most prevalent and trusted analytics solution, to help us understand how you use our website and how your experience could be improved). While you may disable the usage of cookies through your browser settings, the Tagvenue Platform currently does not respond to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from your browser or mobile application due to lack of standardization regarding how that signal should be interpreted.       5. We use Hotjar to understand how you use our website and make appropriate improvements for your user experience. Their services include heatmaps and page usage recordings. We may collect information 1) about your device and browser (your device's IP address (collected and stored in an anonymised format), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers) and browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display the webpage), 2) automatically recorded information created upon using Hotjar (referring domain, pages visited, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display the webpage, date and time when website pages were accessed).     4. Information that we collect from third parties

      When you link, connect or log in to your Tagvenue Account with a third party site (such as Facebook or Google+), that third party site may send us information such as your account or profile information, to the extent allowed by your privacy settings on that third party site.

    5. Before you disclose to us any personal information of another person, you must obtain that person's consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with the terms of this policy.

    6. As we do not process payments, we do not collect nor store any personal banking details. All financial transactions are carried out between Users and Venue Owners and are not handled by our Platform.

  4. Using your personal information

    We may use, store and process your personal information to provide, understand, manage, develop and improve our Platform and Services and to create a safe and trusted environment as well as to comply with legal requirements.

    1. Providing, Developing and Improving our Platform and Services.
      1. enable your use and access of our Platform;

      2. facilitate Bookings of Venues and Rooms through our Platform and concierge service; (such as creating an account, managing personal settings, searching for Venues, listing Venues and Rooms for Bookings, sending Booking Enquiries and responding to them, keeping record of Booking Enquiries and Bookings made through our Platform);

      3. enable your communication with other Members;

      4. provide you with customer service;

      5. run, manage, secure, enhance, improve and optimise Tagvenue Platform and Member experience such as with a help of research and analytics as well as profile analysis based on your interactions with the Tagvenue Platform, your search history, viewed Venue and Room Profiles, sent Booking Enquiries, your profile information and preferences, and other content and information that you submit to the Tagvenue Platform.

      6. send statements, invoices and payment reminders to you;

      7. send you non-marketing commercial communications (such as service and administrative notifications, support messages, reminders, alerts, updates, venue recommendations for your event, messages and information about your Booking Enquiries);

      8. send you email notifications that you have specifically requested;

      9. following the event, invite you to leave feedback about the Venue you booked through us, which makes Venue search easier for other Users;

      We process this information due to our rightful interest in improving our Platform and your experience, as well as, where applicable, for the fulfilment of the contract with you.

    2. Establishing and keeping safe and trusted environment

      We process this information due to our rightful interest in safeguarding the Tagvenue Platform, preventing fraud and ensuring safety, complying with applicable laws and regulations, monitoring compliance with our Terms as well as improving and ensuring fulfilment of the contract between you and ourselves.

      1. keep our Platform secure and prevent fraud, spam or other harmful activity;

      2. run risk assessment and investigate security alerts;

      3. check, review and seek confirmation of the authenticity of information provided by you, such as the Venue address or your identity and authority to list the Venues and Rooms on our Platform and to receive Booking enquiries;

      4. deal with enquiries and complaints with any of the Members of our Platform and enforce our contracts with third parties;

      5. ensure compliance with and give effect to the terms and conditions governing the use of our Platform (including monitoring private messages sent through our website private messaging service) and other applicable policies;

      6. to comply with and perform our legal obligations arising from agreements between you and ourselves or our agreements with third parties and to comply with laws and regulations;

      7. We may review, scan, or analyze your communications on the Tagvenue Platform for fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, investigation, product development, research, and customer support purposes. For example, as part of our fraud prevention efforts, we scan and analyze messages to mask contact information and references to other websites. In some cases, we may also scan, review, or analyze messages to debug, improve, and expand product offerings. We use automated methods where reasonably possible. However, occasionally we may need to manually review some communications, such as for fraud investigations and customer support, or to assess and improve the functionality of these automated tools.

      8. In respect to all above activities, we may analyse and assess Tagvenue Accounts information such as based on use of the Platform, behaviour patterns, profile information, sent Booking Enquiries, answered messages, and other content you submit to the Platform as well as information received from third parties. In those cases where it is detected that a Member or an activity may put the Tagvenue Platform, its Members or third parties at safety or other risk, automated or manual processes may suspend, restrict or block your access to our Platform and Services and/or remove your Venue and Room Profiles and your Content.

    3. Providing, analysing, personalising and improving marketing

      We process your personal information for the purposes listed below in this section 4.3 in light of our rightful interest in carrying out marketing activities so that we could offer you services that may be of interest to you. You have an option to opt-out of our marketing communications by following a link or instructions contained in the marketing communications that you receive from us.

      1. send you our email newsletter, if you have requested it (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require the newsletter);

      2. send you marketing, promotional communications or other information which we think may be of interest to you based on your preferences where you have specifically agreed to this, by email or other methods including information about Tagvenue or our carefully selected partners (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications or chose particular communications methods) and social media advertising through social media platforms;

      3. analysing and assessing your Profile, preferences, activity, search and Booking Enquiry history, details you provide to us or received from third parties to send you marketing, promotional communications or other information which we think may be of interest to you.

      4. analyse, personalise and improve our advertising;

      5. provide third parties with statistical information about our Members (but those third parties will not be able to identify any individual Member from that information);

      6. to manage referral programs, surveys, prize draws, contests or other promotional activities managed or sponsored by Tagvenue or our partners.

    4. If you submit personal information for publication on our website, we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the licence you grant to us.

    5. We will not, without your express consent, supply your personal information to any third party for the purpose of their or any other third party's direct marketing.

  5. Disclosing personal information
    1. We share your information, including personal information, where you have given us your consent and for the purposes we explain at that time. Such instances include when you authorize a third party application or website to access your Tagvenue Account or when you take part in promotional activities held by our partners or third parties.

    2. We may disclose your personal information to any of our members, employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers, contractors or subcontractors of Tagvenue or our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for performance of our Services and the contract between you and ourselves and for the other purposes set out in this Policy. These related entities are covered under this Privacy Policy and may have additional confidentiality obligations and legal requirements on privacy protection.

    3. To help us provide the service and operate Tagvenue Platform, we may share your information within our corporate family of companies (both financial and non-financial entities) that are related by common ownership or control. These related entities are covered under this Privacy Policy. Your information is shared with Tagvenue Poland Sp. z o.o., a corporate affiliate of Tagvenue Limited. Data sharing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and ourselves; provision of customer service; marketing; Venue onboarding; business operations and analysis as well as provision, development, improvement and promotion of Tagvenue Platform.

    4. We use a variety of third party service providers to help us provide services related to the Tagvenue Platform. Service providers may be located inside or outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In particular, these providers are based in EEA, North America and Australia/Asia Pacific. These service providers may help us with such tasks as identity verification, checking information against public databases, carrying out background checks; fraud prevention and risk assessment; providing customer service, day to day operations, analytics, advertising and marketing; developing and improving functionalities of our Platform, carrying out maintenance and debugging. Tagvenue will need to share your information, including personal information for the purposes of ensuring fulfilment of the contract between you and ourselves. These providers have limited access to your information in order to allow them to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are contractually bound to protect and use it in compliance with this Privacy Policy and exclusively for the defined purposes for which such information was disclosed.

    5. When you as a User send a Booking Enquiry, we disclose to the Venue your personal information and essential contact information (your full name, email and telephone number) and other information you agree to share. When you as a Venue receive a Booking Enquiry, we disclose the essential contact information (your full name, email, telephone number, company name) to the User. We share this information to the extent necessary for and for the purposes of facilitating interaction between Users and Venues, completing the Booking Enquiry and making a Booking, and to enable us to provide you our Services and Platform and to fulfil the contract between you and ourselves.

    6. We may share aggregated information and other anonymised information for regulatory compliance, industry, market and business analysis, demographic profiling, marketing, advertising and other business purposes.

    7. We may disclose your personal information to the extent we are required or permitted to do so by law or if such disclosure is reasonable necessary:

      1. to comply with applicable law;

      2. in compliance with legal process, in connection with legal proceedings, criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity or any activity that may expose Tagvenue, its Members to legal liability;

      3. in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);

      4. to enforce and administer our Terms and Conditions or other agreements with Members;

      5. to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Tagvenue, its employees, its Members, or members of the public;

      6. to the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset that we are (or are contemplating) selling;

      7. to the seller (or prospective seller) of any business or asset we are (or are contemplating) buying;

      8. in the event of either prospective acquisition, merger, reorganisation, sale of assets, bankruptcy or insolvency event, we may sell, transfer or share some or all of our assets, including your information relating to such transaction or upon considering of such transaction (for example, as a part of due diligence). In such event, we will notify you before your personal information is transferred and is regulated by a different privacy policy;

      9. to any person who we reasonably believe may apply to a court or other competent authority for disclosure of that personal information where, in our reasonable opinion, such court or authority would be reasonably likely to order disclosure of that personal information.

    8. Where appropriate, we may notify you about these legal requests to disclose your information unless: (i) legal process forbids providing notice by way of court order we receive, or applicable law, or (ii) we believe that providing notice would be futile, ineffective, create a risk of injury or bodily harm to an individual or group, or create or increase a risk of fraud upon Tagvenue’s property, its Members and the Tagvenue Platform. In cases where we comply with legal requests without notice for these reasons above, we will attempt to notify that Member about the request after the fact where appropriate and where we determine in good faith that we are no longer prevented from doing so.

    9. For safety purposes, we strongly encourage Users and Venue Owners not to share credit or debit card details and passwords or security information in emails or in the messenger.

    10. As all Members of Tagvenue Platform have an option to access their Tagvenue accounts via their emails, Tagvenue strongly encourages to never forward these emails and keep the access to your electronic mailbox secure. (for example, certain Tagvenue emails have a unique link that allows you to automatically login to your Tagvenue account. If you forward such an email to another party, that party will be able to login to your Tagvenue account via such link the same way that you do). We strongly encourage you to keep all your emails private.

  6. Public Information
     

    Tagvenue Platform allows you to publish information, including personal information, that is visible to the general public, such as:

    1. Venue and Room Profile pages are publicly visible and include address information, location, phone number, photos, description, pricing, calendar availability, features, catering, opening times, capacity of the Venue, aggregated demand information as well as venue manager name, photo, phone number and email address or other information Venue Owner chooses to share.

    2. After an Event for which a Booking was made through our Platform has taken place, Tagvenue provides an opportunity for Users to leave feedback about and give rating to a Venue and/or Room. When this information is posted, User name and surname as well as month and year when Review and Rating was posted are published on the Venue, Hire and/or Room Profile pages and are available for general public to view.

    3. After a Booking Enquiry was made, Tagvenue provides an opportunity for Users to leave feedback about and give rating to a Venue Owner’s communication. When this information is posted, User name and surname as well as month and year when Review and Rating was posted are published on the Venue, Hire and/or Room Profile pages and are available for general public to view.

    4. If you publish content in a public, community or discussion forum, or in blog or social media post, or use a similar feature on the Tagvenue Platform, that content is publicly visible.

    We may display parts of our Platform such as Venue or Room Profile pages on our business partner sites, using different technologies such as widgets or APIs, on the grounds of our rightful interest in promoting the Tagvenue Platform. In these cases when Venue or Room Profiles are displayed on our business partner’s site, information mentioned above in sub-sections (a) and (b) may also be displayed. Some third party search engines may index information shared publicly by you on our Platform. When you turn public access off by changing your settings, these search engines may not update their databases. We have no control over third party search engines and their operation, and caches used by them may contain your out-of-date information.

  7. Venue Partners.
     

    For some Events, Venue Owners can engage third party partners to provide accompanying services with using a Room and a Venue for the Event, including but not limited to catering, decorations, music, lights, DJ, security and any other services. Venue Owners may use details about Users in the course of dealing with Booking Enquiry, such as Event date(s), User name, phone number and email address, number of people on that Event, type of Event, and other necessary details about the Event for the purposes of organising and managing the Event and providing their services.

  8. Linking Third Party Accounts.
     

    You may link your Tagvenue Account with your account at a third party social networking platform. When you create this link:

    1. some of the information you provide to us from the linking of your accounts may be published on your Tagvenue Account profile;

    2. your activities on the Tagvenue Platform may be visible to your contacts on these third party social networking platforms (often referred to as “Friends”) and on the Tagvenue Platform;

    3. a link to your public profile on that third party social networking platform may be included in your Tagvenue public profile;

    4. the information you provide to us from the linking of your accounts may be stored, processed and transmitted for fraud prevention and risk assessment purposes;

    5. the publication and display of information that you provide to Tagvenue through this linkage is subject to your settings and authorizations on the Tagvenue Platform and the third party site.


    We only collect your information from linked third party accounts to the extent necessary to ensure the adequate performance of our contract with you, or to ensure that we comply with applicable laws, or with your consent.

  9. Social Media Platforms
     
    1. Where permissible under applicable law, we may use your certain limited personal information, such as email address, to tag it and share it with social media platforms, such Facebook, Instagram or Google, to drive traffic and generate leads to our Website and Platform or otherwise advertise and promote our Platform and Services. We process this data on the grounds of our rightful interest in marketing our Platform and Services and to offer you Services and products that may be of interest to you.

    2. As Tagvenue does not have control over any social media platforms which we share your personal information with, we encourage you to contact your social media platform that you are using if you have any queries on how your personal information is processed.

    3. You can ask Tagenue at any time to stop processing your data for these direct marketing purposes by emailing us to dataprotectionoffice@tagvenue.com with an email subject “Opt out”.

  10. Third Party Partners and Integrations
     

    The Tagvenue Platform may contain links to third party websites or services, such as third party integrations, co-branded services, or third party-branded services (“Third Party Partners”). Tagvenue doesn’t own or control these Third Party Partners and when you interact with them, you may be providing information directly to the Third Party Partner, Tagvenue, or both. These Third Party Partners will have their own rules about the collection, use, and disclosure of information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the other websites you visit. (For example, Tagvenue uses Reviews.co.uk, as an external and independent service to collect feedback from customers about our service).

  11. International data transfers
    1. Personal information that you publish on our website or submit for publication on our website may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.

    2. You expressly agree to the transfers of personal information described in this Section 11.

  12. Operating Internationally
    1. To allow Tagvenue to operate internationally, we may transfer, store, and process your information within our corporate family of companies or with service providers based in EEA, Asia Pacific/Australia and North America. Where your personal information that was collected within the EEA is transferred, stored and processed outside of the EEA for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, we have ensured that appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

    2. Our corporate affiliates and service providers are contractually bound to protect and use it in compliance with this Privacy Policy or are certified under EU-US & Swiss Privacy Shield Framework or there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission confirming an adequate level of data protection in the respective non-EEA country or an agreement on the basis of the EU Model Clauses (a set of clauses issued by the European Commission).

    3. If we have received your personal information under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfer it to a third party service provider for processing as described in this Privacy Policy, we will remain responsible if these providers process your personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, except where we can establish that Tagvenue was not responsible for the violation.

    4. By using the Tagvenue Platform, you consent and authorize us to transfer, store, and process your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy in the United States and possibly other countries.

  13. Google Maps/Earth.
     

    Parts of the Tagvenue Platform use Google Maps/Earth services, including the Google Maps API(s). Use of Google Maps/Earth is subject to Google Maps/Earth Additional Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

  14. Protecting your personal information
    1. We take technical and organisational precautions and we are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, destruction, misuse or alteration of data.

    2. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers and use information access controls and data encryption where possible.

    3. You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our website confidential; we will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to our website).

    4. As all Users and Members of Tagvenue Platform have an option to access their Tagvenue accounts via their emails via unique login links, you are responsible for not forwarding such emails to any other party and keeping the access to your electronic mailbox secure.

    5. If you know or have reason to believe that your Tagvenue Account credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Tagvenue Account, please contact us by sending us an email to support@tagvenue.com.

    6. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. So, whilst we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission is at your own risk.

  15. Your rights

    You can exercise any of the right described in this Section 15 by emailing us at dataprotectionoffice@tagvenue.com. Please be aware that we will ask you to confirm your identity for safety and security reasons before taking any further action on your request.

    1. You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications in the settings of your Account, or by clicking the “Email preferences” button at the bottom of the email communications which we send you or alternatively by contacting us using our contact details above. In case of email marketing, please allow at least 48 business hours for your email address to be removed from our system.

    2. If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving communications which are sent by Partners and other third parties, please contact the Partner or third party directly. In the case of our Partners, if you need our assistance with this, we will be happy to do what we can to help you.

    3. You can disable Hotjar tracking on your browser by clicking “Disable Hotjar” button on this webpage.

    4. You have a right to confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal information. You may access, review, update, or delete some of your information in your Tagvenue Account by logging into your Tagvenue Account and reviewing your Account settings and profile. When you have chosen to link your Tagvenue Account with a third party application, such as Google or Facebook, you can contact us using our contact details above to request us to remove permissions for the application. It is your responsibility to keep your personal information up to date.

    5. You can ask us to rectify any personal information about you that is inaccurate or to complete any personal information about you that is incomplete if you cannot take these actions yourself through your Tagvenue Account.

    6. You may instruct us to provide you with copy of personal information that we hold about you. We will aim to provide you such copy as soon as practicable, and in any event not more than 30 calendar days after receiving a valid request. The first copy will be provided free of charge, but additional copies may be subject to a fee of £25.

    7. Where (a) the legal basis for our processing of your personal information is your consent and (b) processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and ourselves and (c) such processing is carried out by automated means, you may also request us to transmit copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to another data controller.

    8.       4. your personal data was processed unlawfully.

      Please be aware that if you request us to erase your personal information:

      1. some of your personal information may be retained as necessary for our legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention and detection and safety measurements. For example, if a Member’s Tagvenue Account is suspended on the grounds of fraud or safety violation, we may retain certain information from that Member’s Tagvenue Account to keep him from opening a new Tagvenue Account in future.

      2. Your personal information may be retained or used to exercise or defence of legal claims;

      3. Your personal information may be retained and used to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, such as audit, accounting, legal and tax purposes.

      4. Information that you have shared with others, for example, when you leave a Review, give Rating, or post content on forum, may continue to be visible on Tagvenue Platform after your Tagvenue Account is closed. However, attribution of such content will be removed. There may be some copies of your personal information remained in our database, such as log records, however, these will not be associated with personal identifiers.

      5. As we aim to preserve safety of Tagvenue Platform and prevent incidents of accidental or malicious loss or destruction of data, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited duration.

    9. Where we rely on your consent, you have a right to withdraw that consent to the processing of your information by Tagvenue at any time by changing your Tagvenue Account settings or by contacting us using our contact details above specifying which consent you are withdrawing. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

    10. In some circumstances you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal information. Those circumstances are:

      1. you contest the accuracy of the personal information;

      2. processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure;

      3. we no longer need the personal information for the purposes of our processing, but you require personal information for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or

      4. and you have objected to processing, pending the verification of that objection.

      Where processing has been restricted on this basis, we may continue to store your personal information. However, we will only otherwise process it with your consent; for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person; or for reasons of important public interest.
