Cancellations 7 days in advance from event start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 2 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 2 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 18 months from the original date, at no cost.

Great venue, excellent helpful staff particularly Billy and Ashley and Emma co-ordinating. Very relaxed cool atmosphere. Everyone had a great time and I really enjoyed myself.
Only 1 small thing, I didn't receive the room code in advance so couldn't advise my guests that they would need it to enter. Small point though on an otherwise fabulous evening.

Incredbile venue at an extremely affordable price! Bar staff were a delight for my leaving party -- also a bonus is that it's super easy to connect Spotify/music to the surround sound system. A good time was had by everyone there! The venue had a really warm vibe with a free pool table to use and plenty of comfortable seating. It's like your own luxurious & private den in the centre of Manchester. Brilliant!

New York-style bar and restaurant which has become a staple in Manchester's Northern Quarter underneath the iconic Affleck's Palace. Serving bespoke cocktails and food from Manchester's Salt & Pepper
Hire is available of our private ballroom which comes equipped with it's own bar, toilets and pool table with your own dedicated bartenders! Hire is also available of our pool hall which is a semi-private space with 4 full sized pool tables and some seating.
