The Loft at Be At One Liverpool Street

We had our engagement party at The Loft. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Demi and Mia were very helpful in helping us get everything sorted and on the night, Brett, Richard, Helena and Khaliya were amazing (apologies if I got any names wrong!). The venue was a good size for our 50 guests. I liked that we had our own toilets, it felt very private and away from the public. The sound system was great and the venue were very accommodating in letting us arrive early to decorate.

Though the space was a good size for our number of guests, it is on the small side for 80 people. I think we needed more than one bartender on the night as there was quite a bit of waiting (totally not the fault of the bartender of course). I did find it very difficult to speak to the venue after the event to enquire about items we had left there which was very frustrating. I tried calling them and emailing but only managed to get through after 4-5 days.

The staff were amazing I had the best time will definitely book again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better space and staff- they were so helpful throughout the whole process and made everyone feel so welcome. Our bartender Rachel was especially amazing- everyone loved her! She was so organised and even designed signature cocktails for the event! Really couldn’t recommend Rachel or the venue enough. Thanks to everyone who made it so good!

Everyone was so helpful from the beginning, I cannot recommend it enough. The sales team, Demi and Mia were always there for my questions throughout. The day of my birthday party me and my guests had a blast! I cannot thank enough Rachel, our fantastic bartender, everyone loved her ? The manager of the venue was sooo helpful too, helping me set up the speakers in various occasions. And so was the security team! Thank you to all of you again ?
